version numbering scheme: x.yyy

• x is the major design identifier: 0 is for the prototype, A to Z afterwards (distinguishing it from the firmware version)
• y is the revision number: it is absolute and indicates how many changes (e.g. commits) have been done on the schematic and board layout

• wrong transistor pinout
• common pull-up rail
• 5V RS-232 transceiver operated at 3.3V (and not working)
• shared pins between the RS and CAN tansceivers
